Shipping

Please contact info@shipmedicalsupply.com with your order number and the changes you'd like to make. Although we cannot guarantee that we'll catch your order before it enters the packing process, we will try our absolute best to make the requested changes. Kindly note that once an order has been transmitted or has shipped, we no longer have the ability to make any changes. 

If you have received an email containing your tracking number, your order has been shipped so the address cannot be changed. Typically we do not allow change of address, please email info@shipmedicalsupply.com for further inquires.  

If your order is received in the morning, they will be processed that day. In most cases, we expect orders to be picked up by Canada post, and shipped by the next business day. 

Shipping times within Ontario vary between 2-5 business days 

Outside of Ontario, we anticipate an additional 3 business days.

For shipping to the United States, we anticipate 3-7 business days.

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with your order details, shipping confirmation, and Canada post tracking number.

First, check if you have received your tracking number by email. If yes, then it is on the way! If you received a tracking number and your order is still taking too long, send us an email (add email) with your order number and we'll investigate and get back to you/
