If you have received an email containing your tracking number, your order has been shipped so the address cannot be changed. Typically we do not allow change of address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further inquires.
If your order is received in the morning, they will be processed that day. In most cases, we expect orders to be picked up by Canada post, and shipped by the next business day.
Shipping times within Ontario vary between 2-5 business days
Outside of Ontario, we anticipate an additional 3 business days.
